SPACELAB were engaged to undertake Community Consultation, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, accessibility design and construction documentation for a terrace home  development located at 39-41 Majura Avenue, Dickson.  We collaborated with TT architecture and Department of Design to create a unique and textured urban village. This is the 3rd project SPACELAB have worked on for Banyan Constructions within Dickson.

As we were also working on a project directly behind this site, we negotiated with all parties to create an activate the rear areas of each site which now open onto a shared urban laneway,with connectivity to the public  laneway we also reviatalised.

SPACELAB are engaged to take the project through construction and expect handover of the design and assets in mid 2019.
